2. Description of Service

Upboat provides a platform that connects to your Notion database to create public roadmap and feature voting boards. We sync data from your Notion workspace and display it in a public-facing interface where your users can vote on features.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious content or spam
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Payment and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We offer a 14-day free trial for new users.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your content. By using Upboat, you grant us a limited license to display your content as necessary to provide the service. We retain all rights to the Upboat platform, branding, and technology.

7. Limitation of Liability

Upboat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
